Maritime Shipping Management Associate

Our client, a leading global player in the maritime shipping industry, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Maritime Shipping Management Associate.

Trainees will gain hands-on experience, participate in strategic projects, and receive mentorship from industry experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and allocate cargo space on ships, ensuring optimal use of space while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in analyzing cargo loads and ship capacities to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with various internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate cargo loading and unloading schedules.
• Ensure that all cargo and space management activities comply with international shipping regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop your skills and industry knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
