Market Access Manager [Location- Thailand]

Description

We are seeking a Market Access Manager with extensive experience in the job market context of SEA to join our team in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies that ensure the timely and efficient launch of our products in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and regulatory affairs, as well as a deep understanding of reimbursement processes and healthcare policies in SEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies that optimize product launch and market penetration in SEA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely product launch
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and policymakers, to facilitate market access
• Conduct market analysis and monitor trends to inform market access strategies and tactics
• Lead the development of pricing and reimbursement strategies that optimize market access and profitability
• Establish and maintain relationships with regional KOLs to drive advocacy and market access
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• 2-10 years of experience in market access or related field in Thailand
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies, reimbursement processes, and regulatory affairs in Thailand
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Thai
