Market Access-SEA & Korea
A core member of the SEA leadership team, accountable for the achievement of the business goals, in line with the strategic priorities of the organisation
Drives together with assigned team the development and timely implementation of market access and policy strategies, including key pricing decisions for launched brands and input for early stage assets within designated markets
Pro-actively identifies and prioritizes market access opportunities supported by financially sound business proposals within designated SEA countries
Ensures alignment of business objectives and deliverables between the SEA market access function with the Director of Market Access APAC, Country Leaders and via successful communication and collaboration
Proposes a sound strategy for the appropriate resourcing & deployment of market access budget within SEA
Contributes to the Market Access team becoming a center of excellence in developing and communicating health economic and market access messages and strategies to colleagues across the organization
Establishes and maintains a dynamic reimbursement landscape and stakeholders mapping
Organizes and/or regularly partners with Medical Affairs to implement payer/clinical advisory boards, as needed, across appropriate geographies and products to capture and inform the market access activities and deliverables
Delivers the implementation of reimbursement dossiers /value proposition/value tools (incl health economic models) that speak to various stakeholders including national health authorities, regional and local payers, in both public and private setting within designated geography
Develops/delivers any required in-service training to sales, marketing and other functions on health economic tools to be used in the field with the SEA regional team
Develops informed SEA market access strategies by relevant stakeholders and develops communication and engagement plans with such stakeholder groups important in the reimbursement process, e.g. payers, physicians, patient groups, associations, academic groups
Keeps abreast of changes in the SEA healthcare systems across geographies under responsibility, assesses implications and communicates within the organization
Looks for opportunities to streamline, integrate or leverage ways of working, processes, best practices or systems to enable organizational or team performance
Communicates market access messages externally across a variety of channels including meetings, conferences, academic publications, etc.
Manages business relationships with relevant HTA, Insurers and governmental bodies within SEA geography
Develops the most effective way of partnering with industry organizations to advance mutual goals within designated geographies
HTA-APAC
Develop reimbursement dossiers /value proposition/value tools to support Market Access across APAC region
Support local adaption of Global economic model where needed
Liaison with Global PHEMAR to collect most updated evidence and documents & voice APAC HTA needs to Global team
Support local peers to tailor-made Global Value Dossier to APAC settings
Provide HTA trainings to Market Access team and commercial team in APAC region
Key Competencies

Solid skills and proven extensive hands-on experience and networks in SEA the field of market access, health economics and pricing
Demonstrated experience and evidence of success in meeting and implementing payer and insurer value and access strategies and tactics in SEA.
Understanding of healthcare ecosystems in key SEA geographies including commercial challenges and reimbursement/policy trends.
Excellent ability to organise and simply communicate complex data to diverse audiences
Ability to align others behind a strategy across internal cross-functional teams as well as external audiences.
Excellent, fluent English communication and presentation skills, s/he will be able to influence and drive change internally and externally
Agility to search and respond to drivers of changes in the internal and external environment

Required Education & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years work experience across the fields of market access, HEOR (health economics and outcomes research) and pricing in SEA within an international pharmaceutical or medical device company
Masters degree or other advanced degree (e.g., MS, MPH, MBA, PhD) in health economics, public health, health services research/management, epidemiology, biostatistics, health care administration, economics or related discipline.
Fluent in English, other languages in Korea or Thai are a plus
Experience in the fields of cardiovascular and neuromodulation are a plus
