Supports the Head of Market Access to develop and execute price and access strategies.
Coordinate with a third party to execute and monitor patient access program,
Manage pricing process and monitor price governance in the cluster. Assist the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies.
Analyze healthcare market trends, health economics outcomes, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.
Contribute to the development of partnerships with selected healthcare system stakeholders in Singapore and Malaysia.
Support the demonstration of improved outcomes for patients and the healthcare system with company products and solutions to generate advocacy, support patient access and market development.
Support aligned and compliant Market Access activities and processes (including pricing and launch timing databases).
Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards/ethics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or post-graduate qualification in a science-related field (e.g. pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics).
At least 3 years experience in pharma(with health economics or HTA or relevant field in market access)
Proven track record of success in managing stakeholders and developing and implementing access strategies
Proven ability to establish strong influential relationships with key stakeholders/government officials.
Analytical and learning agility are advantageous
Consultative and negotiation skills
Fluent in English.
Good interpersonal, time-management, written and oral communication skills.
