Market Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough research, analysis, and tracking of legislation, policies, and regulations that have a significant impact on renewable energy and environmental markets globally. This involves staying abreast of regulatory developments, evaluating their implications, and providing insightful assessments
• Conduct continuous monitoring and forecasting of sales trends within the environmental commodities sector to stay ahead of market dynamics, enabling strategic decision-making and ensuring alignment with the evolving landscape of environmental commodities
• Oversee the end-to-end management of environmental commodities contracts, from closure to order fulfilment
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the execution of contracts, ensuring seamless deliveries
• Develop insightful analytical deliverables for both internal and external distribution, to support informed decision-making
• Facilitate the creation of client-centric presentations, offering comprehensive insights into diverse environmental commodities markets.
• Support ad-hoc operation tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Engineering preferred
• Experience of 1-3 years research and data analysis
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Specific experience in energy and/or environmental markets is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong analytical perspective, attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills required
