We are expanding our Asia-Pacific team and have created a new position in our Customer Success team, enabling our clients to meet their objectives across our range of solutions.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in market data commercial management who thrives in international teamwork, customer interactions and problem solving.
Partner with clients to provide world class expertise to fully integrate our solutions into the clients operating model and unlock value- Leverage the full capability of our solutions to perform Managed Service support where required
Develop strategies with customers to unlock further value with the objective of retaining and expanding revenue
- Contribute ideas geared towards continuous improvement of internal processes as well as our range of solutions
Create and maintain customer-specific documentation and data points- Participate in strategic projects
Support the go-to market team with local language support and domain expertise to unlock revenue potential in the Japanese-speaking market
- Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent
- Japanese as native language or business fluent
English business fluent- 5 years of experience in finance and market data environment
Desire to learn and develop professionally and personally
- Customer orientation (thrive on solutioning with customers to co-create value)
Strong communication skills and team ethic- Interest in international financial markets, IT and / or accounting processes
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel in particular
