Job Summary:

We are looking for a Market Data Executivewith sound understanding in Finance and Asset Management domain, who will manage the market data feed services,vendor management, business segment liaison for anestablished bank.

Mandatory Skill-set:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Banking and Finance and other related disciplines;
• Has 3years of work experience as a Business Analystor Manager;
• Should be an IT professional with a good understanding of Finance and Asset Management requirements;
• Experience of working with financial and market data fromvarious sources and contracts management;
• Knowledge of investment process and financial instruments;
• Expertise indocumentation, and communicate with business analysts, vendors, developers and senior stakeholders;
• Excellent communication Skills.

Desired Skill-set:

• Work experience in Asset management within banking and financial industry;
• Familiarity in the use of data, visualization and automation (RPA) tools.

Responsibilities:

Market Data Management

• Involved in maintaining marketdata and systems inventory management system that keeps track of contracts, pricing, user profiles, allocation;
• Manage contracts with vendors related to platforms, market data feed subscriptions and user licenses;
• Responsible for building and maintaining good relationship with a diverse group of external vendors;
• Ensure users are kept updated on new platform updates and upgrades in maximizing its potential;
• Involved in Facilitatingdata usage audits and enforcingcompliance with terms and conditions based on agreements;
• Vendor management: Track incidents, negotiate change requests, and escalate issues.

Platforms

• Work closely with users of the platforms on supporting the front office system environment and ensure daily business-as-usual (BAU) support;
• Understand business requirements from investment research teams, portfolio managers, trading desks and operations in order to effectively transform these into technical specifications;
• Perform regular systematic checks and assist in audits related to the trading platform and other related applications/platforms;
• Performs project management and coordination for new platform implementation or updates.
