About the Role
The Market Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the SEA Market Manager team in efficiently addressing Chain requirements and ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the Chain business

In this Role, youll get to

Generate Global Chain Business Review Reports

Regularly prepare comprehensive Chain business review reports tailored to specific Chain requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams globally or regionally to gather feedback based on the counterpart involved in the Chain meetings.
Compile and analyze relevant data and opportunities to enhance the understanding of Chain dynamics.
Ensure timely follow-up on Chain requests post meetings.

Monthly Global Chain Reporting

· Develop and deliver monthly reports catering to the Chain's specific needs.

Assist in Global Chain Request Management

Proactively handle various Chain requests, including but not limited to:
Coordinating with new hotel openings.
Troubleshooting issues faced by hotels.
Preparing data for content review, MM contact lists, and specific brand data requests.
Managing rate disparity emails.
What you'll Need to Succeed

· A minimum of 2-3 year work experience in an Online Travel Agency (OTA), e-commerce operation, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue / yield management and etc.

· Detailed oriented and fast learning capability

· Able to work independent with minimal supervision

· Dynamic, positive and a good team player
