As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a Market Insights Manager where you will play a key role in identifying current and future market growth, trends, and strategic opportunities within the region and working closely with the HQ based in Japan.
About the job
Reports to the Business Strategy Director , your role will includes
- Conduct detailed market research utilizing internal and external resources to identify growth trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the ASEAN and ANZ markets.
- Explore new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and evaluating the current and future potential for technology solutions in specific industries such as energy, manufacturing, and technology.
- Perform macro-level analysis to assess market potential, growth trajectories, and risks, focusing on industry sectors relevant to the company's technology portfolio.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and research institutions, to enhance the company's market positioning.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market research findings, trends, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Work closely with other departments to align strategic initiatives with operational capabilities and business objectives, ensuring a unified approach to market expansion.
Skills and experience required
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in market analysis, business development, or strategic planning,
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including in Business level Japanese or JLPT 1 , with the ability to influence decision-making at senior management levels who are based in their Global HQ in Japan
