In this Role, you'll get to

* Responsible for maximizing the commercial opportunities in the assigned market through effective sourcing of accommodation inventory

* Initiate the contracting process with the accommodation distributors, develop and maintain excellent relationships with supplier vendors

* Monitor, maintain, and optimize supplier product rate, inventory, and service quality to enhance product competitiveness

* Familiar with connectivity, settlement, and system management backend knowledge and process

* Advise suppliers on regular marketing campaigns and promotions

* Conduct relevant and insightful analysis, including performance analysis, market trends and competitor analysis, and implement effective action plans based on the analysis

* Other assigned tasks and projects etc.

What you'll Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree and above, hotel or tourism majors are preferred

* A minimum of 3 years of working experience within the online accommodation distribution business

* A deep understanding of the accommodation business, market dynamics, and API distribution channels

* Strong critical thinking and data analysis capability

* Analytical, structured mindset and problem-solving skills required

* Available for business travels/partner visits around 30% of the time
