Job Title: Supply Chain Market Planning Intern
About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Market Planning Intern to join the Southeast Asia Supply Chain Team. You will be working alongside Market Planners to support our omni channel business, gaining insights to our brands and portfolios. Apart from understanding our daily operations and key supply chain activities, you will also gain exposure to different road to market, retailers and our end-to-end processes to bring products to end consumers. You will get working knowledge of SAP and be involved in initiatives tracking and inventory management. You are also encouraged to suggest and improve efficiency in our reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the complexity and dynamism of markets within Southeast Asia
Formulate reporting and review of inventory MIS in Free Standing Stores (FSS)
Maintenance of master tracker of initiative offerings for Prestige brands
Analyse performance of new launches across Southeast Asia
Understand product supply flow and generation of data to communicate supply risks
Consignment inventory management of our E-commerce enabler
Consolidation of monthly sell-out data for E-retailers
WHAT YOULL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit ideally 6 months (Jan to Jun 25) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (VBA knowledge is a plus)
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulative with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
