The Neonmello Team is made up of fun-loving individuals with a common love for fashion and clothes! One moment you may find us crazily in love with creating content and scrolling tiktok, the other we may be burying ourselves in parcels pasting waybill stickers. Whilst going about our daily duties, we are also constantly on the look out for like-minded people with a sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with photo shoots, content creation and marketing campaigns
- Create Instagram reels and Tiktok short clips
- Explore new trending ideas and audios for reels and tiktok
- Create videos, artworks, graphic banners and posters
- Copywriting
- Management of customer service email account and orders
- Management of returned, exchanged, international parcels
- Creation of product listing
- Assisting in product measurement
- Assisting in retail stock-in
- Operations and retail store duties
- Any ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Fresh grads or Poly/Uni students (waiting for grad) are welcomed to apply
- Experience in marketing/customer service/retail sales preferred
- Have a keen interest in the fashion world and would like to know the behind-the-scenes of a fast-fashion company
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Social media savvy (Instagram, Tiktok)
- Self-motivated, creative and customer-centric
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic skills in Canva (Willing to learn if not experienced)
- Basic mobile, video-editing skills (Willing to learn if not experienced)
- Ability to work in a fast pace working environment and under tight schedules
