Responsibilities
- Analyze and act on data collected from consumer touchpoints
- Develop and execute strategies on optimizing consumer journey
- Take part in cross functional communication between internal teams and external key stakeholders
- Media monitoring and coverage reports. Assist with press releases and other forms of media outreach and queries
- Manage CMS for brand.com and online marketplaces
- Manage official Social Media channels
- Observing and carrying out Marketing and eCommerce Sales processes and operational tasks in relation to the marketing funnel.
- Assisting with Marketing and eCommerce Sales data on internal ERP system
- Working closely with the Manager to accomplish Marketing projects and events
- Have fun with music!
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in Singapore
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Interested in the Audio Industry
- Interested in a career in Marketing and eCommerce Sales
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate research into common language
- Aptitude with various social media platforms
- Familiarity with consumer psychology and buying habits
- Ability to quickly and process information
- Organization and time management skills
- Willing to learn and have fun!
