We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Events Executive to join our passionate team to help grow our presence and enhance our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Execute marketing strategies and plan to increase the school's visibility and attract new students.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling copy and visuals for promotional materials, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
- Event Promotion: Assist with marketing for events such as recitals, workshops, and open houses to drive attendance and engagement.
- Advertising Campaigns: Execute online and offline marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to boost enrollment and visibility.
- Public Relations: Build relationships with media outlets, prepare press releases, and coordinate with influencers for partnerships and collaborations.
- Brand Development: Ensure all communications are in line with the brand's values and vision, maintaining a consistent and professional tone.
- Market Research: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- To assist in sales and conversion of trials into customers.
Events:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning and scheduling of events, including but not limited to recitals, workshops, open houses, and special music school events.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation of materials, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure services and negotiate favorable terms.
- On-Site Event Support: Provide hands-on support during events, handling setup, guest registration, and other duties as needed to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for event participants, addressing inquiries, managing registration, and ensuring high-quality service.
- Post-Event Activities: Assist with post-event activities, including surveys, data collection, and reporting to assess event success and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a good understanding of curating online and offline marketing campaigns in the Retail industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proactive and creative/strategic thinker.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc) and Content creation
- Knowledge in Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in content creation, especially in engaging visual and written formats.
- Passion for music or the arts is a plus!
