The Marketing Assistant (6-months contract) will play a supporting role in delivering innovative marketing solutions to for all Asian Artists Touring in Singapore.
You will develop integrated marketing campaigns, working with internal (ticketing teams, partnerships team etc.) and external stakeholders (media agency, media outlets, industry), with the overall aim of executing best in class marketing campaigns and fan experiences.
You will be highly organized, a team player, adaptable, have a confident manner and work well under pressure. You will have proven experience delivering results both within and outside of an organisation.
Responsibilities
Digital Media Marketing
- Manage Asian artists across ln.sg website, populate content to ensure show listing is up to date.
- Create and schedule eDM to subscribers to engage with them, provide show or special promotion news.
- Curate localized content for social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.
- Publish content across socials using management tools such as Later.
Marketing Performance & Insights
- Monitor Analyse, evaluate, and report on campaign marketing performance, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, generate creative ideas, and keep the business and our clients informed.
- Serve as a champion for the fan/consumer, working with our Regional marketing digital and data team to advocate for initiatives that grow our understanding of the fans and ensure fan insights are properly leveraged across marketing and other functions.
- Be the fan expert for each and every tour, ensuring full understanding of who the ticket buyer is and ensure each campaign delivers to that demographic.
Operations
- Proactively liaise with fans regarding fan project and ensure pleasant fans experience on ground
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Premiere Pro/ After Effects
- Must be familiar in K-pop and Mandopop music genres
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude and flexible approach
- Detailed oriented with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, ability to work under a fast-paced culture
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to keep up professional development
- Confident in working with data
- Creative, ability to innovate and open to new ideas and technologies
- Able to commit to working on event days, including late hours and occasional weekends.
- Excellent communications skills
