About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Content Creation: Create, proofread, and edit marketing materials such as social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and brochures.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Help schedule, post, and monitor content across various social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to audience interactions.
  • Event Coordination: Provide support for events, exhibitions, and promotions, including logistics, setup, and post-event analysis.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, including website traffic, social media engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing files and assets, coordinate team schedules, and handle vendor and supplier communications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Internships or part-time roles are acceptable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Social Media: Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of Google Analytics or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the team's success.
