Roles & Responsibilities
You will support external and internal communication projects to a global audience to inform, update and engage stakeholders on the Group's ongoing transformational journey as a manufacturing oilfield services industry headquartered in Singapore. You should be curious to learn about the manufacturing business, enjoy a fast-paced yet harmonious workplace and don't mind handling various challenges in this dynamic role.
- Write, edit, and proofread social media posts, newsletters, and other communication materials
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends relevant to social media posting
- Craft engaging social media posts and email newsletters to generate excitement and drive attendance
- Support and coordinate social media executions
- Oversee internal project management tasks including time, budget, and agency management.
- Manage internal communication channels, such as intranet, newsletters, and other ad-hoc internal events
- Manage website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is updated and accurate. Tasks include but not limited to the creation of new pages, updating existing pages/content, copy editing
- Assist in corporate events
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing communications,
- Hands-on experience in utilising digital, social media, and video editing tools
- Good project management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
