Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is primarily accountable for planning and executing effective marketing campaigns, gearing towards the overall development and successful execution of the brand strategy of Kemins corporate image and its range of products across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:
Focus on leads generation and nurture database to increase engagement and convert into campaign leads, with the integration of hubspot and nexa.
Creating innovative, credible and targeted sustainability communications to to raise the profile of KAAs initiatives;
Plan and execute strategic market digitalization initiatives, such as new key dashboards for market research and competition intelligence.
Developing and implementating effective above-the-line, below-the-line and digital marketing and media strategies as part of integrated marketing campaigns
Drive Kemin branding and establish a social media presence, including the website and across all social media l channels.
Nurture database to increase engagement and convert into campaign leads
Actively involved in planning, coordination and execution of activities, events, and trade shows
Liaise and manage external suppliers and vendors for artwork, merchandise, and event related logistics
Customer profiling and engagement based on KAA focused customers.
Propose specific activities, programming, partnership, events, to drive consumers engagement
Content management such as product stories, case studies, copywriting, design, videos, and other marketing collaterals
Manages the daily work flow of all sales and marketing campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and freelancers to deliver campaign objectives
Perform other job-related duties as assignedQualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications or equivalent, with at least three years of relevant working experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Knowledge of or experience using Adobe Marketing Solutions.
Advance Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency in other desktop publishing applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc., is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English is a must.
Excellent copywriting abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as cross departments in different cultures and an international environment.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines.
A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and possess a distinct sense of urgency.
Demonstrated integrity and honesty in all aspects, and is able to maintain confidentiality and protect intellectual property.
