Hepmil Singapore is looking for a Marketing & Corp Comms Executive to accelerate our corporate branding efforts. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility and drive business growth.
This is a 1 year contract role, subject to renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media content for our corporate accounts (@sgagtalents IG, @hepmilsingapore IG, @hepmilsingapore linkedin), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with our target audience.
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, aligning with our brand identity and desired corporate aesthetic.
- Write compelling copy for press releases, website, product announcements, and other marketing communications.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and HR teams to understand their messaging needs and translate them into impactful content pieces.
- Handle the entire marketing production process, from concept development to content publication, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop a content calendar for key corporate social accounts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support ad-hoc art and copy requests for community and client events.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or marketing communications.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for marketing and a creative mindset.
