Position: Marketing Director
Salary: S$8,000/month
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our esteemed organization. As a key member of the leadership team, the Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Sichuan Province market to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions and ensure the effectiveness of strategies.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful implementation of plans.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI.
- Report on marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Travel regularly to Sichuan Province to meet clients, build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management position.
- In-depth knowledge of the Sichuan Province market and experience in regional market development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
