A Marketing & Events Executive is a dynamic role within a companys marketing team, focusing on creating and managing events as a key part of the marketing strategy. This role is responsible for planning, organizing and executing various corporate events and conferences. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors and clients to ensure seamless event logistics and exceptional attendee experiences. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.

What you will be doing:_
· Work closely with the team to conceptualize and manage events marketing using both traditional and new media channels
· Support the creation and delivery of dynamic marketing activities that will enhance our client events
· Work closely with internal and external event planning committees and client groups
· Manage client relationships pre-event, during and post-event.
· Prepare event programs and confirm all necessary preparations are in order
· Oversee purchasing and client service needs for events
· Troubleshoot and smooth issues relating to the successful execution of the event program
· Plan and execute corporate events, conferences and seminars
· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations
· Develop event concepts and themes based on client requirements and company objectives
· Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation and tracking expenses
· Create and distribute event invitations, promotional materials and marketing collateral
· Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation and catering
· Oversee event registration and attendee management, including ticketing and guest lists

· A Bachelors Degree or a local Polytechnic Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
· Prior experience in Sales roles

· Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth
