Analyse customer engagement data in collaboration with Customer Service teams to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Actively engage with the online community across various platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Email, and Little Red Book, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and direct messages.
Work closely with the Marketing director/consultant to develop, plan, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Develop and manage content for digital media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Lead the monthly content calendar planning to align with marketing goals and promotional activities.
Design online and offline marketing collateral using graphic design tools like Canva, contributing to the brand's visual identity.
Direct and produce creative video content, including setting the direction for shoots and post-production editing.
Craft compelling blog content that leverages trending topics relevant to the company's interests, enhancing brand presence and thought leadership.
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, using insights to drive content optimisation and improve campaign results.
To assist the operations team with customer services related tasks when required.
Take on additional tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in supporting broader company objectives.
