Job description
. Market Presence and Customer Engagement - To build and maintain a strong market presence to attract and retain customers.
. Develop and support sales department's annual marketing plan and budget.
. Utilize the allocated marketing budget prudently to derive optimal results.
. Analyze sales revenue to assess the profitability of existing and new products
. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
. Maintain and update promotions and campaigns on the corporate website and relevant communication channels.
. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms
. Manage the creation and review of copywriting and communication materials.
. Oversee public-facing feedback channels, responding to customer feedback in a timely manner to uphold the company's reputation.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
. At least 5 years of work experience
. Prior experience in the F&B / Beverage / FMCG industry is desirable
. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
. Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, Google Analytics)
. Required to manage English and Chinese based social media platforms
