Inside Sales Specialist (Shipping)
This company is the world's largest container leasing firm. It offers a wide range of intermodal equipment and has a global network of offices. Known for high-quality standards and customer-centric services, the company plays a crucial role in global trade by ensuring the safe and efficient transport of goods worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
Handle customers inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate with operations team for container release.
Follow up with the customers on prompt payment.
Visit customers regularly and maintain a good relationship with them.
Develop new customers and business opportunities.
Prepare marketing reports on a weekly basis.
Check on outstanding bookings and liaise with customers for their pick-up plan on a weekly basis.
Other responsibilities and projects which may arise.
Key requirements:
1-5 years of experience as sales/marketing in the shipping industry
Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
Knowledge of accounting and credit/collections process preferred
Good administrative skills and knowledge of Outlook / Excel
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to completion.
Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written.
