Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Singapore. The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, attending and participating in industry events, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role will assist on roadshows, and other events if necessary, plus undertaking some ad hoc projects. Required to propose marketing ideas, actualize marketing concepts, and marketing execution. Able to handle ad hoc tasks or responsibilities on his/her own.
Focus on the planning and execution of QSS Safetys B2B marketing initiatives within the local and overseas markets.
- Promoting QSS Safetys in-house brands across the local and overseas markets.
Responsible for QSS & QUEBEE platforms & digital channels management (Website, MailChimp, Meta, LinkedIn, Google SEO, Google Ads)- Lead on digital media partnership/collaboration, digital publication (B2B), Online Banner Ads, Digital write-up
Propose content, write up, and distribution of QSS newsletters, blogs, and articles
- Responsible for the content development of B2B marketing assets alongside the team
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring that QSS's B2B digital marketing channels are up-to-date and running smoothly.- Propose content development ideas, and aid in the production of both physical and digital assets/contents
Propose strategic digital marketing tactics for leads generation (B2B)
- Propose, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to aid overall business objectives
Assist with the maintenance of the online sales channels and e-commerce platforms- Occasional support on marketing roadshows/events, networking events, and attending trade shows
Assist on ad hoc projects undertaken by the department
- Produce a monthly digital report to the Head of Marketing
Monitor all marketing activities and the results.- Research current market conditions and competitor information.
At least a Diploma in Marketing or a relevant field of studies- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
Prior Experience in Marketing Execution required
- Prior Experience in Content Development required
Prior Experience in Social Media Marketing required- Experience with various digital marketing tools (Mail Chimp, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficient with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google
- Proficiency with editing software Photoshop, lightroom, illustrator, premiumpro etc., is a major plus.
Prior Job Experience in a similar type of industry or agency background is preferred- Prior Experience in photography/videography is preferred
Prior Experience with Online Sales (B2B) is preferred
Ensure an effective run on all marketing campaigns and their execution
- Ensure cost-effectiveness in all paid ads and paid channels
Healthy B2B leads generation benchmark- Content and asset creation/maintenance
Marketing report write-up (diagnostic)
- Work on the production of physical marketing asset
Ensure that all marketing communication and activities are documented and kept in order
