Position OverviewWe are growing our team to meet the surge in demand for events! The Marketing Executive will sit at a unique crossroad between our portfolio of brands, each delivering our key event services:
- Experience Management, Venue Management, Creative Services, Event Technology and Stage Effects - to our partners and our clients. This product diversity represents an opportunity for the incumbent to work across a web of customer touch points and strategies designed to drive the customer journey - from prospect to client, and from client to raving fans of our event
management agency.
Support the marketing team in deepening audience insights through audience research and gathering client feedback from our product and service delivery teams.
Work across our marketing communication plan, assisting the marketing team in executing strategies for SEO, SEM, emails, social media, lead magnets, media releases etc.
Regularly ideate and craft purposeful content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, so they can more effectively contribute to each funnel in the customer journey.
Be the custodian of a social media content calendar that is able to engage our audiences throughout the year.
Understand and present the impact of social media content to stakeholders via monthly social media reports.
Support the upkeep of our online reputation by coordinating responses to queries on various platforms in a timely manner.
Review all written communication for grammatical errors and style consistency.
Strive to evolve the customer journey to improve conversions, lead nurturing and relationships with clients.
Perform any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities.
Minimum Diploma holder and above.
At least 1 year of experience as a marketing executive or equivalent. Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume.
Good English writing skills.
Is a self-starter.
Demonstrates deep research skills and is resourceful.
Has the ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver work according to schedule.
Is outgoing and exudes a calm and confident demean our (this role requires you to interview colleagues and external stakeholders as part of the process of producing social media content).
Is able to work independently yet contribute as a team member.
Possesses good image editing skills (e.g. Canva Pro and Adobe Photoshop) and basic video editing skills (e.g. Veed.io and CapCut).
Has an eye for details.
Knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress and/or Adobe Illustrator would be highly
advantageous.
