Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in creating visually engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the social media manager and graphic designer to ensure consistent branding and content alignment.
- Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
Copywriting & Editing:
- Write and edit captions, social media posts, and EDMs as part of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with COTU's tone of voice.
Social Media Engagement:
- Monitor social media platforms for customer engagement, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Provide support in identifying opportunities for deeper customer engagement, especially during high-traffic periods (e.g., after a post goes live).
Google Page & Website Monitoring:
- Regularly update and monitor COTU's Google Business Page to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in making updates to the company's website, tracking visitor traffic, and addressing any technical issues.
Assisting with Campaigns:
- Support the team in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or partner brands.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements, working closely with the social media manager for data.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report key metrics for social media engagement, EDM performance, website traffic, and Google Page interactions.
- Assist in compiling data and insights to inform future content and marketing strategies.
Customer Interaction & Admin Support:
- Support the social media manager in responding to customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assist with administrative duties related to social media, including organizing content files, scheduling posts, and updating spreadsheets with customer feedback or content ideas.
Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on social media and digital marketing trends, providing recommendations for innovative content ideas.
- Review the list of tasks previously sent to the social media manager and ensure that all necessary duties are covered, aligning with the team's overall strategy.
