About the Role
Through this role, youll be able to gain an understanding of:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for:
Work as part of a team to serve as liaison between marketing and sales
Assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives
Build and update Promotion Newsletter for all categories
Be the key user of collaterals order portal (EMB), prepare assortment, consolidate forecast, input in the system, and track.
Request, review and consolidate information for reporting such as promotion calendar, promotion photos & results, in-store activities and any other adhoc reporting
Monitor competition initiatives on all categories; and assist in analysing and compilation of reports.
Consolidate orders for Internal Purchase Requisition and help in unpacking and allocation when goods arrive.
Manage, organize & track lab samples & comps for launches
Assist in coordination and creation of locally produced collaterals, ensuring brand adherence
Assist in coordination of key events such as Influencer PR events, BA conference and the Tax-Free World Exhibition.
Support sales team with brand information (images, codes, etc.) where needed.
Admin support to help team raise POs and liaise with suppliers on matters relating to PO# and invoices
WHAT YOULL BRINGESSENTIAL:
Able to commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2024) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook (or related email tool), Word and PowerPoint.
Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and displays ability to think outside the box.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
