Job Description
- Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various internal and external channels
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Identify trends and develop campaigns to improve marketing campaigns or A/B test for insights
- Monitor and report on campaign performances across various internal and external channels to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Plan and manage online and offline activations to enhance brand visibility, awareness and engagement
- Create engaging and high-quality video content for social media platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas for in-app and social media marketing campaigns.
- Manage in-app asset calendars to maintain user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other marketing team members to produce visually appealing campaign assets, including graphic design and copywriting.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, including identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, tracking deliverables and assessing performance.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Brand Team
Qualifications
- Note: 6 months Inernship. Intern to start internship from Jan 2025.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proactive and can-do attitude, with a strong interest in brand, marketing, consumer trends, and technology.
- A Carousell user and/or familiar with using the Carousell app and its features (include your Carousell username in your application!).
- Basic knowledge of design tools or video editing apps such as Canva, Capcut, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
