Job Description:
Our client is one of the leading player in the ICT sector in Singapore. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Lead to join our Enterprise Business Group. Reporting to the Head of the Enterprise Business Group, you will collaborate with service line leaders to define and articulate our product vision, driving market adoption to achieve our market share, revenue growth, and profitability objectives. You will also oversee marketing communications (marcomm) activities for the enterprise group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and sales leaders to influence the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends and corporate direction.
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies and campaigns to generate demand across service lines.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all marketing activities.
- Analyze market and competitive landscapes to provide strategic recommendations for product and company direction.
- Create impactful sales and marketing content, including presentations, briefs, and success stories, to support the sales team.
- Oversee the development of original content for webinars, conferences, and industry publications.
- Identify partner development opportunities in collaboration with sales leaders and product managers to prioritize initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- More than 10 years of experience in the Telco or ICT industry, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and a creative approach to opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
