Title: Marketing Manager, APAC Region
This position reports to the VP of Global Marketing
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Operations support (Hubspot, project management, Sharepoint)
Content development for APAC alongside Comms Director (paid platforms, social, blogs)
APAC specific social calendar and development support
APAC event management, delivery and attendance (all over APAC)
Oversee graphics and design for APAC campaigns & paid advertising
Support in the organic paid programs for APAC - Google Ads & LinkedIn, as well as other partners
Internal communications support for the APAC team (Intranet, Viva Engage, local programs)
Sales enablement support for APAC team (collateral design support, newsletters, presentations)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Good level experience in design and CRM applications (Hubspot, Canva, Video editing plus ideally Adobe etc)
2+ years Event management experience
Examples of content development projects
Strong communications, both written and verbal, in supporting teams and coordinating with peers and other disciplines on driving projects/issues to closure
Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes/quality of deliverables
Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
Strong ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance/input from peers
Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups; can cover all gamut of tasks required to getting a job done
Strong attention to detail
Experience of working in a small, fast-paced, but agile team. Team attitude only
Experience/Education
2+ years in a marketing lead or manager role
2+ years experience running and leading meetings and events, both internally and externally, i.e. conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred, but flexible to Design or other marketing related disciplines
Ideal knowledge and experience in design applications, campaign-project management, social platforms, content development
Candidates with experience in the Data Center industry, Construction, or Real Estate environments are strongly encouraged to apply but not essential
