B2B Tech Marketing Manager, Asia
Showcase a deep understanding of the Asia region and software technology.
- Develop and take ownership of a robust marketing plan aligned with business pipeline goals to drive demand generation programs in the market.
Build and maintain relationships with key platforms and associations across Asia.- Collaborate with the GTM team to identify key accounts and implement account-based marketing strategies to support their growth.
Co-create, adapt, and localize global campaigns to ensure they align with regional business needs.
- Design and execute campaign strategies via Marketo, focusing on lead scoring and segmentation.
Continuously conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.- Enhance inside marketing qualification capabilities (inbound and outbound) by working closely with Sales Development Representatives.
Represent the Asia marketing team in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business and marketing reviews.
- Utilize data to track and analyze performance metrics.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget for Asia, ensuring effective spend and ROI.- Handle campaign expenditures and vendor management to foster innovation and implement best practices in the market.
Develop and manage customer use cases.
- Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 810 years of marketing experience in Technology space.
Strong skills in operational execution.- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing, with proven ability to drive regional marketing growth.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experienced in budget management, spending oversight, and ROI analysis.
Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach to strategy and prioritization.- Proficient in marketing automation (Marketo preferred, but not required).
Data-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline monitoring and spend analysis.
