Role Overview:The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy across Asia. Collaborating closely with global and local teams, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, drive market share, and foster seamless brand experiences both online and offline.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Define execution strategies for the brand and niche positioning across different markets, devising disruptive and innovative strategies to drive the brand into a digital retail powerhouse.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
- Drive the digital transformation of the brand in all markets via digital-driven marketing strategies and campaigns planning, including programmatic marketing, analytics, social media, operational marketing, and CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms (such as FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, XHS, Lemon8, etc.)
- Knowledge in online advertising channels.
- Development of E-commerce sales channels.
- Apply SEO, content development, distribution, and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including website, newsletters, social media, and more.
- Develop seasonal/key calendars and campaign flighting, maintaining a communication flow across all global digital/traditional channels.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Translate brand full funnel media plans to optimize channel efficiency, traffic, and conversion tactics based on brand, audience/customer, channel, and campaign strategies.
- Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive excellence and innovation.
- Lead daily integrated marketing cross-functional scrum and related stand-up activity to identify and prioritize planning and execution agenda.
- Brand and Market Presence:
- Lead the team to curate, innovate, and test new ideas to bring about new transformations that rise above unprecedented customer experience, executing offline brand engagement strategies such as pop-up stores, retail partnerships, and collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and relationship-building with key strategic partners.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO and Head of Digital Marketing, to develop and execute growth strategies relating to product launches, product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Align guidance for corporate communication and represent regional needs in important change programs such as re-branding and web design.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA/ Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 10+ years of regional marketing experience within consumer electronics, furnishing, technology, or retail industries, with a strong track record in campaign management and team leadership.
- Proven success in marketing partnership, branding, or equivalent roles (e.g., strategic partnership, new traffic acquisition, brand building & awareness).
- Experience developing marketing strategies and monitoring frameworks for different go-to-market channels.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in leading marketing teams and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Deep understanding of regional consumer behaviors, market trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, measuring performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong experience in interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
- Ability to pull data from various resources and translate it into trends, action plans, and reporting templates.
