Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing strategist to lead a team of up to 5 team members. The successful candidate will oversee various business units, including AsterSpring Chain, Skincare and Wellness brands to drive sales performance and increase share of voice on social media. As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead omni-channel marketing calendar including CRM and E-commerce initiatives.
Strategize, plan and implement 360 marketing campaign with the team, while managing advertising and promotions (A&P) expenses that includes all media platforms, oversee promotion activation, trade marketing, retail marketing, roadshows, workshops, digital ads, Public Relations activities, KOL liaison and digital content ensuring a profitable and sustainable business
Oversee development and execution of marketing plans and critically evaluate pre and post implementation effectiveness to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
Work closely with brand team and brand partners to develop marketing ideas and activations according to brands direction and growth
Lead development of marketing budgets and ensure alignment to brand needs and marketing plans. Evaluate marketing expenditures, ROI, budget-to-actual variances according to net adjusted based performance
CRM Savvy, know how to drive consumer data collection, recruit the right target audience and retain existing base
To be able to plan and analyse social media channels, SEM, and CRM data to optimize media buys and campaign spending
Have a creative eye on what the brand stands for, and work with the creative team to produce content and artwork for social media platforms, eDMs, online and offline Ad campaigns
Oversees/prepares updates, analysis for management and brand presentation and decision-making
Manage evaluation of market trends, competitor activities, and marketing plans according to changing markets and competitive conditions
Manage ongoing and create new relationships with external vendors (eg. retailers, malls, designers and 3rd parties for collaboration, media, digital and Public Relations agencies, etc.) to negotiate and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Ensure proper implementation of campaigns that are in line with the companys guidelines
Lead and guide marketing team for total category to ensure all the above are planned and executed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
Relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, added advantage for Beauty industry or Media/Public Relations agency
Demonstrated success in running effective marketing campaigns
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Strong analytical skills with business acumen
