Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both brand management and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a balanced focus on enhancing the school's visibility and engagement across multiple channels. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, high proficiency in analytics, sales support, social media management, and hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google and Facebook are essential. The role also involves managing and optimizing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a 360-degree marketing professional, knowledgeable in all facets of marketing.
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies.- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to increase brand awareness.
Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image.- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
Plan and execute brand events and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Plan and manage social media platforms.- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance.
- Content Creation and Management:
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- High proficiency in analytics to track and report performance.
Provide support to the sales team by generating leads through digital channels.
- Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.
Hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google and Facebook.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve key metrics.
Numbers-oriented approach to evaluate and improve ROI.
Develop and monitor marketing budgets.- Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and optimize spending to achieve the best results.
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.- Manage and optimize CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
Proficiency in CMS platforms, especially WordPress.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of marketing, including brand management and digital marketing.
