Job Overview
KKday Singapore is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing efforts and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer acquisition and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will oversee various marketing channels and own the success of KKday's internal assets, while ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives to achieve growth.
- Identify growth opportunities across both traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Campaign Management
- Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including events, partnerships, and in-house promotions.
- Ensure campaigns are designed to drive acquisition and conversion goals.
- Allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Own Channel Management
- Take ownership of KKday's own channels (e.g., website, mobile app, and email) to enhance customer experiences and drive traffic.
- Optimize these channels for customer retention and conversion improvements.
- Work closely with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Monitor and adapt to market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external partners to enhance visibility and drive business growth.
- Manage partnerships with local media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand brand reach.
Performance Analysis
- Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, focusing on customer acquisition and conversion metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns and drive results.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align on best practices and marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and increasing conversion rates.
- Experience managing campaigns across various marketing channels and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to measure campaign success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
