The trainee is in charge of creating, implementing, and carrying out strategic marketing plans for a full organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to acquire new customers and maintain existing ones.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and pricing strategies are being assessed and improved.
2. Forecasting and analyzing market trends.
3. Getting new business leads.
4. Increasing brand recognition and market share.
5. Coordination of marketing tactics with sales, finance, public relations, and production departments.
6. Development and management of the marketing department's budget.
7. In charge of marketing, advertising, and promotion.
8. Managing the marketing department's employees.
9. Quarterly and annual reporting to senior management.
10. Pushing our brand at trade shows and other business gatherings.
11. Keeping up with marketing trends and practices.
