Manne & Co is a live-streaming station that is looking to grow in the realm of content creation and develop marketing strategies that will effectively attract new fans and customers. As a forward-looking company, we adopt state-of-the-art technology in our live streams where customers can experience novel formats of online shopping.
In this role, you will be required to partake in the conceptualisation, planning and management of the company's social media assets. This will include design, scripting, assisting in on ground shoots to post production of reels that aim to promote, engage and drive new traffic. Looking into post insights and analysing statistics is also crucial for the team's regular reviews. Being a Marketing Executive also plays a pivotal role in the live roster, where new ideas are always needed to promote products that the company curates and takes pride in.
Job Scope
. Assisting with the conceptualisation, curation and production of digital marketing collaterals - graphic, photography, videography.
. Producing online live-selling sessions of various consumer products.
. Co-management of the marketing content calendar.
. Provide ideas to build the company's digital presence and engagement with its audience.
. Identify market trends and analyse with team to gain insights for better marketing strategies.
. Manage social media accounts.
Job Requirement
. At least 2-3 years prior experience in related field.
. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Basic-Intermediate).
. Familiar with Canva and its use primarily for graphic designs.
. Video editing with Capcut or similar content creation tools.
. Background knowledge in OBS or similar livestreaming tools.
. Ability to understand and navigate through the management of different social networking platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Telegram).
. Keen learner in new live streaming set up and equipment.
. Able to work on weekends occasionally.
