As an imaginative and strategic marketer, youll be responsible for designing and implementing B2B campaigns across the full marketing mix with a focus on all things digital. Youll work on driving brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and activation and retention of existing users. Your love of data and relentless drive to achieve results means youll constantly look for actionable insights to optimise the campaigns. This is a regional role, you will manage one direct report, and you will report into the Head of Marketing.
What you will do:
Revenue Growth Strategy:
Identify market and seasonal opportunities to develop and implement revenue-focused marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and regional market trends.
Collaborate with data, product, and customer success teams to gather informed insights and formulate strategies.
Align and prioritise marketing efforts with revenue goals and objectives specific to each market within the region.
Customer Acquisition and Lifecycle Management:
Lead full-funnel marketing efforts through online and offline marketing activities, including but not limited to, promotion, paid media, events/webinars, affiliate and partnership, content and social strategy, and referral programs.
Increase customer lifetime value (CLV) by using data to identify retention milestones and implement retention strategies to drive upsell/cross-sell, reduce churn and grow loyalty
Develop compelling content themes to educate customers.
Marketing Performance Optimization:
Undertake regular reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation
Balance BAU strategies with experimental tactics, running A/B tests and hypotheses testing to improve performance and conversion rates.
Allocate marketing resources effectively across the region to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
What we are looking for:

A visionary who can see the big picture, set long-term goals, and develop strategies to achieve them - do what is right, not what is easy.
An efficient time manager who is agile and has successfully navigated in fast-paced, dynamic environments while juggling multiple projects efficiently.
Strong in analytics and have a data-driven mindset
Have hands-on experience with any CRM/marketing automation tools like HubSpot, SalesForce, Braze, Marketo etc.
At least 5 years of marketing experience in the fintech, banking, financial services, Saas, ecommerce, or AppTech industry.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field. Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Have knowledge of the payment/banking/financial landscape in Southeast Asia will be a plus
