Marketing & Operations Assistant | 4 months

Location: Changi

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of airport attractions and programmes for passengers and tourists.
• Support marketing efforts through content creation for social media, newsletters, and other promotional platforms.
• Help monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including business operations and coordination with vendors.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to support marketing and operational strategies.
• Assist in drafting reports and providing insights on the performance of marketing campaigns and programmes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of events and programmes.
• Manage administrative and on-ground tasks related to marketing and business operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
