Lead the Marketing, communications and event strategy and deliverables aligned to the three audience programs for both internal and external audiences
Hold accountability end to end breadth skilling outreach and programs directly for customers
The role requires strong marketing, communications and program management experience, a self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work autonomously.
The role will require keen analytical, process, and execution skills to drive outcomes, and be comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders (customers) on program deliverables and value.
Lead and own accountability for breadth customer skilling (unmanaged accounts) as a key deliverable of the Enterprise Skilling Initiative (ESI) via global marketing scale motions and program offerings.
Manage the non-managed accounts intake process for provisioning of the skilling assets, engaging directly with account teams and their customers directly as required.
Joint GTM program design and execution with GitHub and other external stakeholders to lead Developer Skilling motion
Joint co-marketing planning and execution with managed 3rd party Training Services Partner in Partnership with the ASEAN Training Services Partner Manager
Skills Marketing & communications strategy, design and deliverables aligned to core audience programs
Requirements:
Regional experience predominantly Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Experienced Marketer is crucial for this role.
Program management & delivery (preferably skilling and enablement programs).
Working knowledge / experience of Cloud Services & Solutions (preferably Azure).
Administration & operations excellence, attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and ability to positively influence others.
Very strong written and communications skills
Excellent presentation skills.
Data and analytics (excel, data analysis, reporting)
Experience in customer and/or partner facing roles (sales, marketing, service or support roles).
