August Society is seeking a creative and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our dynamic team. As a marketing intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry while contributing to our brand's growth and customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for our products
- Conceptualizing, planning and shooting social media content
- Editing, scheduling and posting social media content using editing software and AI tools
- Basic product photography
- Assist customers at our Cantonment Road showroom, including covering the showroom on alternating Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm
- Liaising with KOLs, partners and vendors
- Assist with livestreams
- Support organizing and executing in-person events
- Marketing admin tasks such as organizing calendars, meeting minutes and project plans
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in marketing, business, fashion, design, arts or related field (school attachments welcome)
- Loves social media and keeps up with the latest trends
- Experience in retail with excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, Capcut and Adobe suite a plus
- Meticulous, organized and amazing attention to detail
- Aesthetic eye, photography experience a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
