We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive qualified leads for our Trade Compliance and Global Trade Management solutions. In this role, you will develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, and events to generate high quality leads. You will collaborate with sales and product marketing to create targeted messaging, optimize lead nurturing, and track campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute programs to increase lead volume and conversion rates to support sales pipeline growth for our Trade Compliance and Global Trade Management solutions.
- Manage marketing programs such as own events, partner events, tradeshows SEO and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results and improve ROI.
- Work closely with HQ marketing and sales to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive consistent messaging across all channels.
- Ensure consistent delivery of qualified leads to the sales team and actively engage lead nurturing activities.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Field marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proven track record of successfully driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams.
- Experience in trade compliance or supply chain technology solutions.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., customs, export control, sanctions).
