The Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing SEO, executing paid advertising campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. The role also involves fostering partnerships, promoting events, and conducting market research to stay ahead of trends. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and generate leads.- Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that highlight our services and provide valuable information to potential clients.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and digital assets to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Paid Advertising (if required): Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media, to reach target audiences effectively.- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visuals across all marketing channels.
Client Engagement: Collect and showcase client testimonials and case studies to build trust and credibility.

Event Promotion: Promote company events, such as bridal shows and open houses, to attract potential clients and boost brand awareness.- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Minimally a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the wedding or event planning industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics software- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
