Job Descriptions

. Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions.

. Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.

. Setting up spa and work stations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.

. Provide consistent professional massage (body and/or foot) in accordance with industry standards.

. Ensure high level of service standards

. Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.

. Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.

. Handle customer queries and conerns effcieintly and politely

. Follow and comply with the intrucstions given by Spa Manager

Requirements

. Preperably with ITEC/WSQ certification or massage certification

. Able to commit on Weekends/public holidays

. Mininum one year relevant experience

. Pleasant personality and hardworking
