Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and prepare materials required for production operations.
- Perform material transfers to production areas and collaborate with the store to avoid delays.
- Ensure materials are properly identified and prevent mix-ups.
- Store materials appropriately and maintain inventory organization.
- Practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and uphold excellent housekeeping standards.
- Ensure accurate product packaging, clear identification, and proper segregation of materials and finished goods (FG).
- Load the correct materials into respective machines efficiently.
- Suggest and recommend quality improvement measures to the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions.
- Capability to perform simple calculations.
- Physically able to carry and manage 25kg resin bags and top up machine dryers as required.
Working Hours & Days:
- Night Shift: Monday-Friday: 11 PM-7 AM (Next Day)
- Off/Rest Day: Sunday or Saturday & Sunday
