Responsibilities
- Plan materials requirement & process purchase order to support master production schedule.
- Coordinate the delivery schedule of purchased parts to the manufacturing facility to support the master production schedule.
- Support month-end closing functions to ensure materials inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate material flow with other department & work on new materials lot qualification.
- Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to master production schedule Coordinate closely with Purchasing Team to ensure on time delivery of raw materials.
- Work closely with Production Team & RD Team on materials usage rate to ensure sufficient materials to support their manufacturing needs.
- Work closely with warehouse member to do monthly cycle count.
- Support with FG shipment documentation preparation.
- Co-ordinate with Forwarder on shipment allocation and etc.
- Update Shipment status into Customer system.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Shipping / Engineering field studies.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the materials or production planning in manufacturing / engineering fields.
- Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills with cross-department.
- Good analytical and people management skills.
- Good with advanced Microsoft Excel, knowledge in Warehouse Management System/SAP systems.
