Weigh, label and price a variety of cuts of meat for on demand selections by customers an efficient manner that keeps customers satisfied.
Cut or prepare meats to specification or customer's orders.
Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature.
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.
May be designated according to cut of meat boned as blade boner, chuck boner, harm boner, or type of animal boned.
Rotate products to reduce the chance of any meat spoiling to reduce waste and loss of profits.
Maintain and clean to meat preparation counter to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Monitor store inventory & manage food quality.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
