Job Scope:
- Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for M&E projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Prepare technical specifications and project documentation
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in BIM software and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of leading CSD/SEM coordination and design interface for transit projects, including chairing coordination meetings
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 1 LTA MRT underground project in construction supervision of similar scale and complexity after tertiary education
