MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.

3. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

4. Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage

Job Description:

1. Oversees client & contractor coordination, attending to their needs in all aspects of M&E works.

2. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

3. Oversees M & E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical matters or site issues.

4. Review M&E tender documents and contract requirements including proposal for value engineering.

5. Develop and prepare designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.

6. Adhere to specific deadlines and deliver high-quality plans.

7. Attend MEP meetings.

8. Able to comprehend schematic/Technical drawing.
